This place is wonderfully located close to everything we wanted to visit, surrounded by stunning natural beauty and providing a tranquil atmosphere.

The place was spotlessly clean, I booked the premium double room with alpine views, everything was beautiful. The restaurant was great with attentive staff, I tried amazing dishes. The bed was lovely and the bathroom was nice. The staff were courteous, the location was stunning and marvellous. The pool was heated and I had cool drinks in the main bar. Appreciated my stay...

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the budget king room itself was absolutely fabulous and marvellous.

The Lenkerhof Gourmet Spa Resort is a relaxing place with free Wi-Fi and a gourmet restaurant. the breakfast was great, offering yogurt, bacon, and delicious pastries. the staff is amazingly attentive and top-class. the location is amazing as well, with easy access to the oh de vie restaurant.

General hotel facilities were very nice and the pool, saunas and spar were all included. Nice little extra as you arrive as well as the mini bar being included.

The room we had was out of date and didn't fit the rest of the hotel as afr as style is concerned. No tea & coffee facilities in the room.

The location was amazing, close to the hiking trails and the hotel's restaurants. Our unit had a well-designed layout and a nice balcony with a great view of the mountains.

Fixed price menu with no available A La Carte

It's a beautiful hotel and we stayed in a very big and comfortable room with a great view. The staff is very friendly and professional, breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the spa area very modern. We appreciated mindful things such a free drinks in the mini bar and fruit baskets on the hotel floors.

There a two fancy restaurants in the hotel, in addition we would have liked a more informal place with traditional Swiss fare.

The staff was helpful and the services were very good. the location is stunning, easily accessible to the town center and the hills. I was very impressed with the cozy double room. the room had a large bed and a lovely bathroom. the pool was nice and there was on-site parking. Everything at the resort is really beautiful.

The hotel was very clean and fresh, the spa was superb and the room was good with an excellent view.

The restaurant services were very poor. We ate dinner in the gastronomic restaurant one evening which took over 2.5 hours to be served. The quantity of food was pathetic and the price was outrageous. The food was also moldy and not fresh. Do not eat at this restaurant if you plan to stay at the hotel. The staff was under trained but were trying their best.

The sauna with mountain view

Everything was fantastic.

Extremely beautiful hotel, and amazing sauna/spa, and hot outdoor pool. We had a beautiful morning view of the mountains and trees that surrounded the hotel. Words cannot describe the beauty of the panoramic views here. The morning breakfast buffet was very good, and had many choices that you can chose from. Very romantic place!

The restaurant and bar was very nice, and classy. But it was a bit over prices for what your got to eat, but we were told that is normal in Switzerland.

The hotel is located in a breathtaking mountainous region with access to marvelous hiking trails right at the doorstep. the room is well-equipped, comfortable and comes with a great view. the spa and wellness section is top-notch and makes for a perfect relaxing weekend. the restaurant offers an excellent selection of food and wine. the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast service was disorganised and the quality of food was not up to par.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The hotel facilities were exceptional, with an outside heated pool and an amazing spa area that we spent lots of time in. The location was superb, situated in the midst of wonderful mountains and close to family oriented ski slopes so we could go up to them quickly. The cleanliness of this hotel was also impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of dishes and drinks that we enjoyed every morning.

Couldn’t fault this hotel in any way, we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay.
